IZORRA manages the member experience, pilot administration, group structure, participation framework, accountability, and community support.
Independent licensed providers are solely responsible for clinical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment decisions, prescriptions, monitoring, and follow-up.
Who may be a good fit
These are participation signals, not medical eligibility criteria. Any clinical decisions belong with an independent licensed provider.
How to join
No detailed medical questions are part of the initial IZORRA application.

IZORRA will review applications for the limited pilot group.
Pilot questions
Free for the pilot. This applies to the first pilot and does not mean future IZORRA programs will always be free.
Approximately 12 weeks, up to 3 months. This is a program timeframe, not a fixed medical treatment timeline.
Yes. You can indicate group application intent. Groups may receive higher consideration, but applying as a group does not guarantee selection.
No. A limited group of 20 participants will be selected for the first pilot.
